As provided under section 32 of Real Estate(Regulation and Development) Act 2016,UPRERA has decided to establish conciliation forum at 18 prominent stations in the state. The aim of the conciliation forum is to faciliate the amicable settlement of disputes between the allottees and the promoters through a mechanism of free deliberations facilitated by the representative of Buyer Association, Promoter Association and RERA conciliation consultant.The forum also aims at obviating the long run process of litigation for resolution of disputes.
